David Tuaty and TC Kline formed a friendship back in 2003 racing the BMW Z4 in Grand Am Cup competition this led to a podium at Phoenix International Raceway that helped win the Team Championship at the end of the year. Together again for the 2005 season David and TC won the coveted Daytona 200 Grand Am Cup race. Following these succesfull racing ventures, TLM and TC Kline Racing are together again. Sporting Suspension System -  Includes KONI externally rebound adjustable sport struts (inserts on E36 M3) and KONI standard adjustable rear shocks with your choice of OE Sport or Sport springs. OE Sport springs are approximately 15-20% stiffer than original. They lower the car slightly. Sport Springs lower your car about 1.5-2.0 inches and are approximately 25-30% stiffer than original. This kit offers enhanced control over stock suspension without a harsh ride. Please specify OE Sport or Sport Springs. Add TLM special rear suspension mounts for improved handling over stock mounts. (This kit does not include rear shock mounts)

 

Add Upgrade to TCKR Rear Shock Mounts to Above Kit- A weak component in all BMW rear suspensions. We recommend replacing rear shock mounts when you change suspension and we suggest that you upgrade to a stronger aftermarket mount.

 

Specially Formulated Buna Rubber Mounts	TCKR Monoball Rear Mounts

TLM has done extensive development and testing to produce a high-performance street and a monoball mount for track and race use. Each of these versions will yield maximum performance by allowing the shock to properly dampen the action of the rear wheels.  Many other mounts, especially OEM replacement mounts, can actually hinder the shocks ability to do its job.

O.E. Sport - These spring may be used in conjunction your OEM shocks and struts and will lower your car subtly to give it a slightly more aggressive stance. Spring rates are tuned to enhance front-to-rear balance and street handling performance (generally about 15-20% stiffer than stock), while retaining a level of ride comfort equal to or better than stock.

Sport - These are our most popular springs--they lower your car an average of 1.5-2.0 inches for better handling, improved aerodynamics, and an aggressive appearance on the track or street. TLM Racing Camber/ Caster Plates - TLM High-quality aluminum alloy, easy to adjust camber/caster plates are unlike anything else on the market! They work equally well with stock or aftermarket struts including Coil Over configurations without the need to purchase additional parts. In most cases you can use our camber plates with stock springs or lowering springs such as H&R, Vogtland, or Eibach. Our camber plates assure you of significantly improved turn-in and will not harm ride comfort. They feature lightweight, durable, aluminum alloy construction, highly protective anodized coating and a spherical ball joint, (replaceable), offer crisper, quicker steering feel. We have incorporated a “load ring” into the top of the camber plate to reduce stress on the sheet metal in the strut tower of the car. New Feature- longer mounting bolts permit the use of additional BMW factory reinforcement plates and aftermarket strut braces.  Here's the best part, they permit a 1.5 degree range of camber adjustment without loosing track of your toe setting. So now you can optimize performance on both street and track. Adjustment only­ takes about 5 minutes per side!

TLM Delrin Front Control Arm Bushing Set- A solution to the inherent flex associated with the stock rubber parts. This bushing set offers stability that you will immediately feel under braking and high corner load. The car becomes more responsive, turn in is improved, and tire scrub is reduced.
 

TLM Delrin Rear Trailing Arm Bushing Set -                

. This bushing set is designed to eliminate the unwanted bump steer which is inherent in the stock rubber bushings. You will corner faster and be able to get the power down earlier at corner exit with increased confidence. We use this product in our street & dual purpose cars, as well as race cars in where the rules do not permit the use of monobal bushings.

TLM Monobal Rear Trailing Arm Bushing Set - For the ultimate in response grip & stability. This bushing set is designed to eliminate the unwanted bump steer which is inherent in the stock rubber bushings. By substituting the stock bushing with a spherical ball joint, (replaceable), mounted in an aluminum housing, these bushing replacements prevent toe changes caused by bushing flex during cornering and can also help prevent tearing of the trailing arm mounts.

TLM Racing Camber Adjustable Rear Lower Arms - TLM has developed spherical ball joint rear lower arms that replace the factory rubber bushings. Our system provides more stability and simple, precise camber adjustments. These arms feature the highest quality threaded aluminum shafts fully polished and clear anodized for strength and corrosion resistance. We also incorporate the highest quality Aurora PTFE lined spherical rod end. The quality of this product is unmatched.

Rear Ride Height Adjustors - Exclusive TLM designed suspension height adjustment. Lower your car for the track. Raise it back up for street use. These adjustors are made from high tensile aluminum and have a special hard anodizing to ensure strength and durability
